Nature of Services

RefineMed PLLC is a concierge, cash-pay primary care telemedicine practice offering personalized medical care for individuals and families. Services are provided via secure telehealth platforms and may include:

  • General medicine consultations
  • Preventive care and wellness planning
  • Management of chronic conditions
  • Treatment of acute illness
  • Prescription management and refills
  • Lab orders and result reviews
  • Care coordination and referrals

We do not offer emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Membership Model

We offer both one-time visits and membership plans. Memberships are not insurance and do not replace your health insurance coverage.

Membership Includes:

  • Unlimited virtual visits
  • Direct messaging with your provider
  • Extended appointment times
  • Priority scheduling
  • Lab coordination and result discussions
  • Ongoing care management

Membership details, pricing, and inclusions are listed on secure booking link during booking. Membership terms of service are to be signed prior to starting medical care. 

Payment Policy

RefineMed PLLC is a direct-pay practice. We do not accept or bill insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare.

  • Payment is due at the time of service or upon enrollment in a membership.
  • Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards (where applicable).
  • Annual memberships are auto-billed to the payment method on file.
  • All prices are clearly disclosed and are subject to change with notice.
  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

12 month commitment, no refunds 

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods or missed appointments.
  • One-time visits are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

Eligibility for Services

You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of your visit. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are located in such a jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to decline care if:

  • The condition requires in-person evaluation
  • You are located in an unsupported state
  • There is a conflict of interest or other professional limitation

Communication

We offer secure messaging between members and their provider through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. This should not be used for urgent issues or emergencies.

You consent to receive emails, texts, and calls related to your care, scheduling, billing, or membership, in accordance with applicable privacy and communication laws.

No Insurance or Medicare Billing

RefineMed PLLC does not participate in any private insurance plans or federal health programs including Medicare or Medicaid. Patients enrolled in Medicare acknowledge that they are receiving services that will not be billed to Medicare and agree to pay directly.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your health information. All data is handled in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefineMed PLLC and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for delays or failures in telemedicine communication due to technical issues or your internet access.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
