A concierge virtual practice offers personalized, high-quality medical care directly to you via secure telemedicine video or phone visits at the comfort of your home with one doctor. You pay directly for services, allowing for longer visits, better access, and a stronger patient-doctor relationship without insurance hassles. We offer telemedicine appointments and availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays for our concierge members and a secure messaging and phone line for direct physician access. Our HIPAA-compliant platform securely manages all patient information, allows for secure messaging, appointment requests, and follow ups. You will be prompted to create a portal and download the mobile app upon booking for ease of access.

This practice is ideal for anyone– especially the busy professional, working parent, frequent traveler, digital nomad, or those who do not carry health insurance. It is a great supplement for those who have health insurance for the added convenience and concierge level of care. 

You can easily join through our website by scheduling your first meet and greet to learn more, or directly purchasing a membership package and scheduling your initial consultation. For a single visit, you can book a new patient visit through our website. 

No. We are a cash-pay practice, meaning we do not bill insurance. This allows us to provide transparent pricing, spend more time with each patient, and avoid the limitations imposed by insurance companies. You may use your HSA or FSA for labs and imaging, and we can provide an invoice and superbill for potential reimbursement. Self- pay labs are offered at a discounted wholesale rate.

We do not prescribe or manage chronic controlled substances such as Xanax or Adderall at this time. Once a psychiatrist is with our practice, we will be able to manage and offer long-term controlled substances for psychiatric conditions via telemedicine. We do not manage or prescribe chronic pain management such as Tramadol, Accutane, medication abortion services, or pediatric care. We do not provide house calls or in-office services at this time, but do plan to have a physical office in the near future! 

Membership starts at $249/month billed annually upfront, and pay per consult services vary based on service. Prices for pay per visits consultations are transparent and do not include any additional taxes or fees, however labs and diagnostic imaging are not included in visit cost. For all life-threatening or urgent medical emergencies, please call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room first. Our practice is not designed to replace emergency care. However, for non-emergent, but urgent conditions members may contact us via direct physician phone line, and we will make every effort to see you promptly or guide you to the most appropriate care.
