Now Accepting New Patients

Meet
Dr. Kritika Joshi, DO

I founded this practice to restore what medicine should be: a trusted relationship between physician and patient. Too often, traditional healthcare feels rushed and focused on just treating illness. Limitations from insurance and pressures from bureaucracy hinder overall quality of care and put unnecessary strain on patient and doctor.

I believe you deserve something better—care that is not rushed, proactive, thoughtful, and tailored for you.

Through this practice, I can dedicate the time, attention, and accessibility you deserve. This allows me to focus on prevention, longevity, and your overall wellness.

Credentials

Previously, I worked in beautiful Aventura, FL at a major private outpatient clinic partnered with University of Miami. I completed my undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in biology with a minor in genetics. Medical school was at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Virginia, and family medicine residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Riverside. I also have completed an additional year of training in a Dermoscopy and Pigmented Lesions Fellowship in South Florida, and have a passion for dermatology. My board certification is with the American Board of Family Medicine.

Philosophy

It is an honor to be entrusted with your care. I take that responsibility seriously and always strive to do what is safest and best for you. I treat each patient how I would want to be treated with an honest approach. Born in New Delhi and raised primarily in North Carolina, my approach combines the advances of modern, evidence-based medicine with holistic practices rooted in Eastern traditions—wisdom that has stood the test of time. By blending these perspectives, I aim to care for the whole person including the mind, body, and spirit.

Outside the Clinic

When I am not seeing patients, you can find me spending time with family and loved ones, staying active through yoga and HIIT classes, or planning my next travel adventure. Keeping myself grounded and energized helps me bring my best self to the work I love.

This is healthcare refined- fewer patients, deeper relationships, and a physician who truly knows you.

I look forward to meeting you!

Warmly,
